Tax Year 2018 – 2019: Unlike Other tax Forms which are normally filed at the end of Tax year, IRS Form 2290 is filed in advance. Example for Tax 2018 – 2019 the HVUT Form must be filed and paid in 2018 itself. HVUT Form 2290 must be filed for trucks that were bought into service in between the Tax Year by the following Month of the Month First used.
